How Do I Get A Refund?

Our refund policy lasts for 42 days.

If more than 42 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

The Scale training system is delivered entirely as a digital product with no recoverability once it is delivered. 

Our refund policy is 'Action Based' which means that to be eligible for a refund, you must have gone through and implemented the training. 

Specifically you have to have watched all the training videos, attended all of the coaching calls or watched the replay videos, participated in the Facebook group and got your first Scale Facebook traffic campaign live.

If you have not received results within the 42 day period and are requesting a refund, contact our support team with details of your efforts and campaigns whereupon one of our team members will deal with your request.

If you have not implemented the training correctly you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have implemented all the steps correctly and still not made any sales from your Facebook ads campaign, we will issue you with a full and complete refund.
