Interactive Video Analytics

Text/image version of above video...
In this tutorial we are going to be looking at how to view our analytics and stats.
For the purposes of this example, we will use an already established video template that has been inside the app for a while and so we can view the various metrics.
So we go to 'Projects' then click on 'Active Videos' and then we can click on one of the video projects...
Once inside the chosen project we can look at the stats by clicking on the 'Analytics' option along the top nav bar...
Here we can see 3 different metrics...
1) Impressions - when a project loads on a page that counts as an impression
In the bar chart it shows the number of impressions in blue and the number of plays in green. Finally, in red it shows the play rate as a percentage. So in this example, for the date 2020-09-03 it shows the number of impressions (blue) compared to the number plays (green) and the play rate is 15.43%
2) Views - records when a viewer of your project plays the video.
If we click on the 'Views' tab, here we can see 'All Views' and 'Unique Views'...
If you scroll down a bit you can see what kind of device your viewer watched your videos on...
And finally in this section if you scroll further down you can see views by location...
- Engagement - records when a viewer actually engages with the interactive video.
If we click on the 'Engagement' tab, we can view the following stats...
Project drop off...
Node drop off...
and finally the Project Interactions...
All of these metrics are directly related to what the viewer clicks as their choice when interacting with the video.
