To use the mp4 file of a video in Vimeo you will need a Vimeo Pro account. You can access the file by going in to the settings for the desired video. Then click video file and scroll down to "Access Your Video Files", you can then copy and paste the links into the app.

For your video file to work you must ensure that you set the privacy to public.
