Interactr Browser Support

Interactr supports all major browsers, this includes: Chrome, Edge, Firefox & Safari. 

Whilst every effort is made to handle cross-browser support constant browser updates can sometimes lead to some issues. If you experience any of these issues, please contact our support team and we can get them fixed.

Of the unsupported browsers, the most notable is Internet Explorer. IE has had numerous issues with playing encoded videos and some of the other technical aspects of Interactive Videos among multiple other issues related to running newer JavaScript frameworks.

As the Javascript frameworks our app is built on have dropped IE support it's not possible for us to support Internet Explorer. 

Internet Explorer is scheduled for "end of life" in October 2020 meaning not only is it bad to use IE because of the lack of support but has also become unsafe to do so as it will become susceptible to security issues.
